2023 Faculty and Staff Winter Holiday Notice (updated)

The updated arrangements of 2023 Winter Holiday are as below:

1.     Winter Holiday for students will be from January 9 (Monday) to February 4 (Saturday). February 5 (Sunday) is the registration date for all students and classes will begin on February 6 (Monday). 

2.     Winter Holiday for faculty lasts from January 13 (Friday) to February 2 (Thursday). Faculty and  staff should start to work on February 3 (Friday). 

3.     For business car service, please call Mr. Shen (+86 13601715431). The property maintenance call number is 021-20685112. Details about all Dining Halls opening schedule, please refer to the notice from Office of General Services. University clinic open hour is 8:30 - 18:30 (exception: January 22-24, 8:00-17:00).

4.     Library open hour is 9:00-21:00, from January 13 to 20 and from January 28 to February 2 (on-call number 021-20685191, 9:00-16:00). Email: library@shanghaitech.edu.cn. 5.     Please pay attention to the safety issues of working space and labs, and do a check of your belongings and working area before the Holiday begins.
